The Beginning (2005)
Wise Choice Construction was founded in 2005 with a vision to create a company that would set new standards for quality and customer service in Siesta Key. Starting with a small team of just 5 employees, we focused on residential renovations and quickly built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
Growth & Expansion (2010-2015)
By 2010, Wise Choice had grown to a team of 20 and expanded into custom home building and commercial construction. The company opened its first official headquarters in Siesta Key and began taking on larger projects throughout Sarasota County. During this period, we established our Realtor Incentive Program, which has since become a cornerstone of our business.
Wise Choice Today (2015-Present)
Today, Wise Choice Construction stands as Siesta Key's premier construction company with over 45 employees and offices across Florida and Washington. We've completed more than 500 projects ranging from luxury beachfront homes to commercial developments. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do, just as it was when we started.
